After leaving their homes for new educational or career opportunities, young Catholic men find themselves isolated. Living alone. Stagnating in faith. Searching for "the one" in all the wrong places.
More than 60% of young Catholic men feel stuck — paralyzed by fear, uncertain of their vocation, unprepared for the responsibilities of marriage or priesthood.
Who forms these men? Who keeps them accountable in their most formative years?
Based on our lived experiences of starting and leading Catholic men's homes at Stanford and Harvard/MIT, Petrine Properties creates intentional living communities where young Catholic men (ages 22–30) are formed into men of excellence — growing toward fatherhood through holy fraternity.
Our model rests on four pillars:
Daily prayer rooted in the sacraments
Weekly meals together
Competition and adventure
Serving others with open doors
To become the most sought-after living model for Catholic young men within 10 years.
We don't have the capital to buy property outright in expensive metro areas like San Francisco, Boston or Washington, D.C. - and we don't need to.
Petrine Properties partners with dioceses, religious orders, parishes, and mission-aligned property owners to transform underutilized properties into thriving communities of young Catholic men.
This model allows us to scale faster, steward donor dollars wisely, and ensure our homes remain rooted in the life of the Church.
A single-family home in partnership with a diocesan parish, serving recent graduates from UW-Madison's vibrant Catholic community and transforming them into men of excellence.
